Full-price items can be returned within 7 days of receipt via our Returns Center. Sale and flash sale items are final sale.

Returns are refunded or issued as store credit. We don't offer exchanges — if you need a different size or style, return your order for a refund or credit and repurchase separately.

Condition
Items must come back unworn, unmarked and in original condition. We can't accept items with makeup, deodorant, or other visible marks. Tip: use a scarf when trying on tops or dresses, and try garments on clean, without lotion or deodorant. Items that don't meet this standard will be returned to you at your cost, without a refund.

Please submit your return request through our Returns Center. You'll need your order number (PG-xxxx) and email address.

1. Select the item(s) to be returned and return reason

2. We'll review your return request within two business days. If you don't receive an email within this timeframe, please email us at customerservice@parisgeorgiastore.com. Please note sometimes our emails are misdirected to spam so please check these folders.

3. After approval, download and print the returns label.

4. Pack all the returned items in its original packaging, along with a print out of your confirmation of purchase email and attach the label to the box.

5. Schedule a pickup at a preferred location.

6. You will receive an email when a refund or store credit is issued.

Returns are partly subsidised by Paris Georgia however a small fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
